2005 Hamilton Hangover

The results are in - http://www.compuscore.com/cs2005/janfeb/hamhng01.htm looks like my official time was 46:30 but I clocked myself at 46:11. This was my fourth hangover and my second fastest time. I was looking good for a 45 minute race after 3 miles but really phoned it in the last two miles. The issue as I see it, is fitness. While I'm fit enough to run 5 miles I don't have the lung capacity to run faster. So I have to really do a better job of training this year. We'll see ....

XM radio

Got an XM radio - the MyFi - for Xmas and I gotta admit, I'm getting addicted to listening to it. My favorite channel is #41 - the boneyard. This is basically a metal, 80's hair band format but they do manage to play new hard rock music that you never hear on commercial radio. The schedule for the boneyard can be found at - http://www.xmradio.com/programming/channel_page.jsp?ch=41 while the general XM programming schedule is found at www.xmradio.com .
