It's Go Time!

Ok, the World of Almo has been very slack. However now it's go time. Calgary Marathon in 6 weeks, my first Tri in 8, trips to the US Open, Las Vegas and Clagary coming up. Turning 50, John graduating High School, Lauren going to Jamestown VA for 6 weeks, Lauren and I seeing Rush - the list appears endless.
